    Owner and Chef Gyan Chand graduated from the Indian Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) and worked at several five-star hotels in New Delhi, India. He has created the restaurant menu keeping in mind his many acquired secrets gathered over three decades of experience in Australia as an Executive Chef.
